What Korrl does
One booking link
Post it on your Facebook page, your WhatsApp status or a sticker on the van. A customer opens it, adds their dog, picks the services and a preferred day, and sends the request. No app, no account, no phone tag.
WhatsApp, sent for you
Request received. Booking confirmed. A reminder the day before with one tap to confirm or ask for a change. A thank-you after the groom. And when the dog is due again, a nudge with a link to book, only if the owner said yes to it.
Your day on your phone
Requests to accept, a calendar per van, and a My day screen for each groomer: who, where, which dog, what was agreed. Run one van or five. Managers see every van; each groomer sees their own.
Your number, your customers
Messages go out on your own WhatsApp Business number. Replies land on your phone as they always have. Korrl never holds your money and never gets between you and your customers.
Built in South Africa, for how grooming actually works here.
Rand pricing per van. WhatsApp, not SMS. Requests you confirm, not slots a computer hands out. The first pilot runs with a small group of Garden Route businesses. If you run a mobile grooming business and want to be one of them, email us. We reply within one working day with what the pilot involves and how to join.
